Hogwarts Dance Team

This ifilm video really caught my eye.

They've probably got the main students redone in this. At least I was able to notice Harry, Hermione, Ron, and Malfoy.

check it out, enjoy the 80s music. Laugh a little, it is a pretty good dance.

Excersize

I went out to the Mueller Center tonight and did a good hour of cardio work.

1 mile of rowing, 10 minutes of running on an elipticle and 20 minutes of biking.

I also lifted a little. I feel pretty good.
